Bands are awesome. Use them for many exercises, but I do wish the product came with a print out of workouts that you can do with the bands. Resistance levels are great and offer the right amount of difficulty. The colors are very vibrant making these bands look great. Super durable construction. Overall this is a great set with a nice travel bag as well. Great for making lunges even more terribly difficult! I received these bands for free in exchange for an honest unbiased opinion.
